What is Adlerian personality assessment?
Adlerian personality assessment relies on a one-hour interview process developed by pioneering Austrian psychiatrist Alfred Adler at the turn of the 20th century. The interview asks questions about early life, adult life, and early childhood recollections. In the ensuing decades since Adler developed his method, significant research has found the technique to be reliable and effective in identifying key personality traits.
Who can benefit?
Adlerian personality assessment can be used by businesses for hiring, restructuring, improving morale, and team-building. Individuals and couples can also find the method helpful for promoting self-understanding and harmony in personal relationships. Information that can be revealed in the assessment process includes hidden goals, personal beliefs about life’s meaning and purpose, approaches to problem-solving, relationship approaches with peers and authority figures, and more.
